Information that we, Plus Publications, collect from you.
Plus Publications, producers of OLR content, may collect data from site users when:
- Download Credits are purchased in order to access content from our site, or
- a Classroom Licence is purchased by a Teacher for his/her students
- contact is made with us via a contact form on our website, or
- an email is sent to us directly at one of our email addresses
We do not share any data submitted to us (as specified above) with any third parties.
'cookies'
Some websites make use of 'cookies' to collect non-personal data from users in order to analyse website usage. Our website does not make use of cookies.
Credit card information, 'PayPal' information
We accept payments via our website via two renowned payment processing companies:
- Realex Payments, and
- PayPal
When a transaction is carried out via our website by you, the Purchaser, information such as credit card data is NOT submitted to us at Plus Publications. Transaction-related data is submitted directly to one of the companies, above, via their own secure servers. We do not ever see - or have access to - your financial/credit card details.
Making contact with you.
We ourselves, at Plus Publications, are acutely aware of the irritation of spam email. If you do decide to make a purchase via our website, we also take this to mean that you may be interested in being informed about new content that we publish. We may make contact with you, via email, to inform you that we have created new content. If we do make contact with you to inform you of such releases, you will have the opportunity of opting-out of future email notifications by modifying the settings in your OLR account Profile.
If you submit a question to us via our website, we will normally contact you via email, unless you specifically request that we contact you via another means, e.g. phone.
